News publishing template
Use when
- You want to create an on-going record of date-related information (for example, recent product updates or a diary of a trip), with the latest date displayed first.
- Your focus is less on events that you want people to attend and more on timely information that you want to communicate.
- You want to list events in descending order, from latest to earliest
Don't use when
- You want to group events that have something, like a location, in common.
- You want to list events in ascending order, with earliest events displayed first.
- You want to present event information in a traditional calendar format.
Description Each event is a date-related communication. When you publish, you can choose to display all events, all future events, or only events for a specific date range.
Example What's New updated periodically by the Trumba development staff.

Points to notice about the example:
- Latest events display first. The event date appears in colored text at the top of each event entry.
- The text in orange comes from the Description field in the Event Information form.
- All the information after the location and time comes from the Notes field in the Event Information form.
