Set custom colors for published eventsThis topic describes how to change the colors that appear on events.

Tip If your web pages point to a .css file for style information, set the color scheme to the default (the left-most one in the top row of the palette). Calendar spuds such as the Upcoming Events list inherit many of the styles from your .css file. Enter color values for event attributesIn the Customize Your Calendar Colors page, the Calendar column lists the calendar you are publishing and those you selected to mix into it. In the Field column, you can assign a specific color to an event attribute by entering the color's hexadecimal value in the box.
How to change or remove the color fading effect (gradient)By default, events use one color for the background and calculates a gradient effect based on the background color. You can specify a gradient color for the background color to fade into, you can remove the gradient effect, or you can reset the default Trumba Connect calculation. How to find the hexadecimal value of the color you wantDeciding on a color can be difficult enough without having to know how to code its hexadecimal value. However, if you want to work with colors on the Web, you'll need to know how to find these values. On the Web, you can find countless color charts and other resources that explain the hexadecimal system in detail. Here are some places to start:
What calendar attributes are not affected by custom color assignmentsCustom color settings affect only event attributes. The calendar view attributes are determined by the color and font scheme you choose, as well as any custom style definitions. For example, in the image above, the events show the custom colors, but the column heading for the Table template shows the template color scheme. In addition, in some templates, some event text attributes are not affected by your custom color settings and instead inherit global style settings:
