Add a multi-day event

You add a multi-day event the same way you add any other event to a Trumba® calendar but, in addition, you specify an end date and, optionally, an end time.

Tip When you publish a calendar using a list-type view (such as List, Classic Table, Compact List, or 3 Column), you can choose whether multi-day events appear once in the published calendar or are repeated in each event grouping (for example, week or month) in which they appear.

How do I control published calendar settings, such as how multi-day events appear?

To add a multi-day event

  1. Click Add Event above a calendar.
  2. In the Event Information form, type a description and location for the event.
  3. For Start, choose the day and time the event starts.
  4. Click Specify End.
  5. For End, choose the day and time the event ends.

Tip Instead of specifying a start and end day and time, you can select All Day Event and specify the duration in number of days.

  6. Under Owning Calendar, select the owning calendar. Under Also Shows On, select other calendars, if any, that you want the event to show up on.
  7. Click OK.

The event spans several days on your calendar.
