AMOS LEE - Taking inspiration from soul greats, Stevie Wonder and Bill Withers, and folk legends, John Prine and Dave Van Ronk, Amos Lee directs his music with a spirit and presence rooted in American tradition. Amos delivers a unique brand of folk-soul music that aims to unite, uplift, and inspire. The "folk" side is reflected in his nimble acoustic guitar playing and the intimacy of his live performances. The "soul" strain comes through in the engaging song-poetry of his lyrics and in what the Philadelphia Inquirer described as his "easygoing voice" and "raw, unedited emotion.".

Zaslove's Rock & Roll "A Midsummer Night's Dream"
Theater/Shows
Enjoy Shakespeare’s comedy of mistaken identities in Arne Zaslove’s rollicking adaptation featuring classic Fifties’ pop tunes. Set in the Athens High School gym on prom night, 1957, the words are Shakespeare’s but the characters, wearing poodle skirts and leather jackets, sing and dance the night away! The whole family will delight in this accessible, witty and fun-filled show.
The quarter-mile trail to the Kitsap Forest Theater transports you from your everyday life to a magical place where stories for all ages have come to life for the past 86 years. Instead of curtains or lights, there are singing birds, a babbling creek and a sun-dappled stage. Theatergoers are amazed by the pristine beauty of this unique venue, located on a 360 acre rhododendron preserve near Bremerton on Seabeck Highway. The stage is surrounded by giant old-growth fir with verdant ferns serving as “footlights” while cedar bark and living moss cover the “wing walls”. Seating is carved out of the side of a natural amphitheatre.
